BFS IOA Asia/Pacific meeting 2011 is planned to be in the dynamic and beautiful city of Singapore. The meeting date is in direct conjunction with P-Mec in Mumbai. The meeting program will be as follows:

• December 4: 7.00pm welcome reception at hotel
• December 5: 9.00am - 5.00pm meeting and lunch at conference hotel
  Following the meeting, all are invited to join dinner sponsored by Borouge. The dinner will be held at the 'Seafood Paradise' restaurant and it will be preceded by welcome drink and an exciting tour on the world famous Singapore Flyer.

HOTEL

BFS IOA has secured a block of rooms at very favourable price on the nights of Sunday December 4th and 5th. The room rate is SGD 260.00 for single room / SGD 290.00 for double room per night - the room ratre include breakfast and high speed internet (rate is excluding service charges of 10% and 7% tax). Rooms can ONLY be booked via BFS IOA and are allocated on a first-come-first-basis. Additional nights at hotel can also be requested on this form and will be subject to availability. All hotel charges are to be paid directly with the hotel at check-out.
